As Founder and President of MYCDIC, Moataz KOBRY provides strategic direction for the Council, follows its institutional development and represents its work in high-level international and public-interest settings. His public institutional record places particular emphasis on accountable governance, youth diplomacy, international cooperation and the development of structures that can continue beyond individual activities.
The Academy initiative extends that approach into professional education. Its purpose is to turn institutional experience and subject-matter expertise into structured learning in diplomacy, statecraft, international affairs, security studies, law, public policy and digital affairs. The Academy is being developed with separate academic standards, programme review, assessment requirements and transparent credential language.
