International institutional and academic cooperation

University and institutional cooperation

The Academy is developing frameworks for academic cooperation with universities, research centres, think tanks, diplomatic academies and specialist institutions. A partner will be named on this website only after the relevant cooperation has been formally confirmed.

The Academy does not claim university accreditation, government accreditation or a joint qualification unless that status is formally established and published with the relevant institution.

Presidency

Moataz KOBRY

Founder and President of the Moroccan Youth Council for Diplomatic and International Cooperation

Moataz KOBRY leads the institutional direction of MYCDIC and oversees the development of Council initiatives in youth diplomacy, international cooperation, governance and public-impact programmes. MYCDIC Academy is being developed within this wider institutional vision.

The institutional priority is to build durable structures before seeking visibility: programmes should have clear standards, public claims should be verifiable, and opportunities for young people should be linked to responsibility, knowledge and measurable work.
